Appointments

When reserving an appointment, you have the option to call the salon or reserve online. If you happen to call the salon and we are unable to answer at that time we are servicing another client, please leave a message on our voicemail and a team member will get back to you in a timely manner. We do our very best to accommodate late clients, however, we cannot guarantee your appointment. Based on the remaining time left on your appointment and/or your stylist’s availability, your appointment may have to be shortened or rescheduled.

Cancellations/No Shows

We understand that sometimes plans change and you are unable to make your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, we do require a 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This will give us the opportunity to fill that appointment spot with someone from our waiting list. With cancellations made within 24 hours, we are unable to offer that spot to other clients.

 

In the event of your first same-day cancellation or no show, we reserve the right to request your credit card information

in order to reserve and hold any future appointments. 

Should you continue to cancel appointments on the same-day or should you not show up for your scheduled times,

the total cost of your service will be charged.

Glamorous Hair sends appointment reminder emails and same day text messages for the convenience of our clients. In the case you do not receive our emails or text messages due to technology please call the salon to inquire your future appointment’s. Failure to receive a reminder email or text message does not waive our Cancellation/No Show Policy.

Redos

We guarantee all of our services except Corrective Colour and Keratin Treatments.

If you are not satisfied with the results of the service you received and you feel that a modification is required, 

we offer complimentary adjustments.  Should you feel the need to request this service

you must contact the salon within 7 days from the date of your original service.

Any adjustments made after 7 days, will be subject to the full cost of the services provided.

 

Complimentary adjustments will not be offered for changes in hair style or changes in color from what was originally discussed in the consultation. In addition, they will not be offered on services performed at home or services performed at other salons.

All adjustments will be performed by the stylist who originally performed the service and are

subject to stylist/owner discretion
